You misquoted the cost and time for the repair. I felt I was experiencing a bait and switch situation. I left without having anything done. No offer to discounted price or complement a car wash or anything else. Very disappointing. I’m reassessing whether Subaru service is right for me going forward. I can go to a local family owned service center and get more honest information.
