Ken was very nice and helpful. However, there was no updated reminder sticker placed in my vehicle to remind me of my next oil change. Also, I was not given a copy of the multi point inspection nor was I informed of any issues that might have come up.

The biggest problem this dealership has is they don’t check your tire pressures when they changed from winter to summer tires. This is the second time this happened. I also want to know how my front brakes gained an additional 3mm from a year ago.
