This was my THIRD time getting my car fixed...a car I just bought a week ago. Everyone was nice and helped me, but it's been VERY frustrating dealing with all of this. Also, Alex told me I could pick up my car until 7:30pm tonight, Friday. When I got there a VERY RUDE man said I was too late and I told him I was told I had until 7:30pm, he literally said to me "GOOD LUCK" in a nasty tone. When I tell you I've had enough, I truly mean it. Hoping this is the last time I need to bring my NEW TO ME car back in for service!
