From start to finish today Subaru was great. When I called and talked to Alex about the nail in my tire he told me to bring it right in even though it was 7:30 on a Saturday morning. The man who took my car to the work area was very professional. Juvenal was a great service tech in every way, first listening to my explanation of the problem, then determining it was an urgent matter, checking to see if the tire was still under warranty, and doing the work in a timely manner Plus I left the dealership with a freshly washed vehicle!
