Dominik went above and beyond in his efforts to accommodate us during our visit to IA. We did not realize our 30,000 mile maintenance for our Outback would take three hours to complete. We came unprepared for this amount of time. Dominik felt our concern of time and reacted as if we were his grandparents. He gave us a loaner car so we could wait at home. He is a true gentleman and a wonderful representative of your company.
