My 6000 mile scheduled maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) took 3 hours to complete on 08-17-23. I was on time for my appointment, and your Service Dept was not busy. Joey Hernandez did a great job checking in on me and updating me on my cars progress. If your service department is double-booked with appointments, or your mechanics are understaffed, you really should just reschedule appointments instead of making your customers wait 3 hours for an oil change. If this happens again we will be switching to another Subaru dealer for all future maintenance.

It’s not often that I say this but I am disappointed in the lack of communication. Although I had a scheduled appointment and arrived on time, my oil change service still took two hours before I received my first update on the service by text message. When I responded to the text message asking for an update, I didn’t receive a reply. Separately I asked about an air conditioning diagnosis and we mutually agreed that I should set a separate appointment by phone. However, when I try to follow up on this issue my calls to the service advisors go unanswered. Perhaps you all are busy but I am willing to give the benefit of the doubt based on previous positive service experiences. It’s just that this time I’m finding it difficult to get an answer regarding services.
