Oil was overfilled not changed properly leading to overflow and burning white smoke out exhaust. Needless to say this is damaging to the vehicle. I’ll be back tomorrow morning to remedy.

A tire that was supposed to take two days to get ,took over two weeks. I called after week one to be told it wasn’t in yet. And I called today to be told that they had found it. No one called to inform me. I took my car up at 12:45 PM and left the service bay at 3:30 PM. I sat in the waiting room all that time, waiting for a tire change. At 2:30. I questioned as to where my car was. Dominic asked me if he was the one that had checked me in. I said yes to install a new tire. Then he remembered. he went to ask Patrick. Patrick checked on vehicle. Told me that they were balancing the tire and they would put it on soon. I told him I had an appointment at 4 PM and had to get out of there if they haven’t washed the car yet then don’t do it. I don’t have the time anymore , I went back to the waiting room and waited another 15 minutes. I went back to the counter and saw my car sitting in the drive. I asked Dominick if I could go. He said he had to print up the paperwork. And went into another office, another man, named Joe, ask if I was being taken care of, and I said yes, but I’m trying hard not to have a fit. He asked what was going on and I told him. Joe got things moving along and I was able to leave at 3:30. I was totally frustrated and upset by then. So NO , I was not satisfied with my experience. And the text from Patrick at 3pm while I’m in the waiting room didn’t help. He said if I had any concerns that I could text him . I had just finished talking to him. At 4:30, when I’m at my next appointment, I received another text from Patrick informing me that my vehicle was done and ready to go home. Oh boy !

I called to make an appointment for an oil change. I asked how long it would take so I could fit it into my existing schedule. I was told 45 minutes for an oil change which was fine for a 3:30 appointment because I had a work appointment at 5:00, 30 minutes from the dealership. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment I was told they were backlogged and it would be one and a half hours despite having an appointment. I said I couldn’t wait because of my other appointment. He accommodated me by only changing the oil but no multipoint inspection. I received four texts and emails to confirm my appointment but none to tell me my appointment time would not be honored. This is the third time I’ve been to the service department since buying my car in February and each time did not go as expected or promised. Communication with the service department is awful. Emails are sent, texts are sent but none are replied to. The operator/receptionist does not know how to transfer a call to the correct person. Voicemail messages are left at extensions that nobody monitors. This is not an isolated incident and occurs every time I call. Again I just bought the car in February.
