After. I left, I didn't get one block before the tire light cane on which caused the car to shake. I WAS UNABLE TO REACH ANYONE.

When I leased my Subaru at IA there was someone trained to use the features to walk us through. Also, it seems that the new Volvo wasn’t checked out very well prior to delivery to me. The left vent was clogged and they forgot to put wiper fluid in it. Makes me wonder if anything else was neglected. Otherwise, the service experience was fine and nice waiting room
