The reason I have states no is due to, I scheduled for regular maintenance for 9:30am. I arrived 5-10minutes early. I informed the representative that I need to have the car before noon as I have an appointment. I didn’t wait for my car as I walked back home as it is 1.5 miles away from my home. I haven’t received a call and I started to head to the dealership at 11:35 and arrived there at 11:53, had to wait because Mark need to make sure that the oil change was performed as there’s no dip stick to show that it was done and he wanted to make sure so he had them do the oil change. I had to reschedule my appointment as I couldn’t make it to my appointment on time. Mark was apologetic about the situation, which I know is not his fault as he said they can’t remember if it was done or not.
