Mark was friendly as always. But I SPECIFICALLY asked someone to do the maintenance, replace the windshield wipers and address the EMISSIONS light. Not give me an option to schedule another appointment for the emissions light. Disappointing. Now 2 more days out of my evenings spent running back and forth. Why didn't someone call me with this? Mark made it sound like it was just bad gas. Not according to the paperwork!
