Mark was very positive and encouraging. I was a bad day I had. Flat tire that needed to be replaced on my 2 day old new car. Also, the day before the flat Volvo service had the car because the check engine light was on due to a software update. But all of that and I still had to pay $330 for a new tire. Mark had the tire and replaced it so I could make it to the airport on time for my flight that was eventually cancelled anyway. Terrible Day but Mark was a bright spot.
