Mark is always amazing, however it seemed that he was working alone on a Saturday. Prior to me scheduling my appointment at 8am on a Saturday, I asked if I would be out by 11 am because my son had his final football game. I was checked out at 10:02 a.m. and told that my car was being washed. Around 10:15, I went to check in again about my car. Mark was busy with another customer but assured me that he would check on my vehicle. A few moments later he arrived to the customer waiting area and asked another customer for a signature. The customer then asked where my car was. I did not receive my vehicle until 10:30 a.m. washed yet still with finger prints all over the windows.
Please provide Mark with assistance on Saturdays so that he can continue to provide the outstanding customer service that he always does!
