The car didn’t deliver clean. All windows has Waterspot which cannot be clean easily. The rear shade cover for trunk is missing.

Mark explained the timeline clearly for my modem upgrade and oil change. He kept me up to date on the estimated time and cost. He was very customer focused and did a great job.
However, I was unable to test my remote upgrade because the website was down. My appointment was on Friday and as of today/Monday, I have not received the activation code so I will be calling the dealership Tuesday.
