Mark Molloy in your service Dept was great. Very customer service oriented. Very helpful and responsive. However, it took 4 trips to the dealership to get my problem fixed. I took a day off and spent more than 9 hours in the waiting room. Finally got a loaner - first customer service guy didn’t even mention that was an option. And it took nearly a week to get the problem corrected. I hope it’s done. The one silver lining was the car is still under warranty so I didn’t have to pay out of pocket. But I still feel that the problem should have been found the first or second trip.

Mark Molloy is great. Very helpful. Very customer service oriented. But after coming back a second time and waiting on site a total of 7 hours in 2 visits, my car’s check engine light is still on. And the first time whenknew I had to come back, the service manager never mentioned the option of a loaner. I will have to make another trip because the check engine light is in again, but at least Mark M. let me know I can get a loaner this time.
