Service was awesome!! I couldn’t ask for anything better. They communicated with me throughout. My car was brought back so clean. The guys that picked up the car & delivered it, was so nice. My whole experience was so pleasant. The Service Department is GREAT!!!

The report I was emailed says my windshield wipers and washer fluid is working fine. I knew when I dropped it off that it wasn't. So when I got there to pick it up that was the 1st thing I tried. In doing so, my wiper flew off in the parking lot. I had to leave my car over night to be repaired. In picking it up a 2nd time. I was told no one touched the wipers and I'm curious as to how they can checked to know they're working properly as my report says. If no one touched them. I got a text message 2 days after picking my car up the 2nd time. Telling me my car was complete and ready to go.

The Volvo team went over and above. My 12 year old niece who was traveling with me is deaf and lost her hearing aid. We knew it was in the car but could not find it. The team found it! So helpful. Also, I needed a quiet space for a work meeting while waiting for my car and they set me up. Mark, the service advisor met me at my car when I arrived and walked me to the car when I left. I have never had such service in all the years I've owned a Volvo which is over 25 years of different models. One problem has something to do with computer system where they have my Vin number under a different person. Mark tried to fix it. Fingers crossed.
