We originally thought they would keep our RAV4 to see when the sensor light came on for the tires, when it was colder out. They just checked it and said that we should probably get all four sensors fixed which was a little under $800. When we originally called, they told us it would be about $ 100 or so for one bad sensor.

Your service representative that checked me out was rude. The mechanic came into the lobby with my paperwork and explained everything then took the paperwork in to the service rep. After waiting too long, I went in and asked how much longer I would be waiting, and she told me that she was there alone, in a very rude tone of voice, as if that was my problem, and that I was third in line. That is unacceptable., but what I’ve grown accustomed to in recent years at your dealership. We just chose to buy a new Toyota in Pennsylvania after getting rather flippant responses from your salespeople to the effect that you couldn’t get new vehicles to show and sell. In Pennsylvania we got exactly the RAV4 4 Prime , right down to the color. Which was sitting on the lot for us to see and drive. If there was another Toyota dealer in the Ames area we would certainly give them a try. It woul probably be worth the drive just to go to Des Moines. Your mechanic was great.
