We had an 11 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Two and a half hours later we were told it was ready to go. The total bill was $130.00. We purchased our vehicle new recently, and installation of leather + heated seats was an included service in our purchase. Later, we scheduled our appointment and verified with our salesman (Brad Baker) that both leather and heated seats were included in the work order. Still, even after multiple confirmations, we received our vehicle back with leather but no heated seats. We were assured that these will still get installed for us, but pretty disappointed that the heated seats were missed.

He said it would take 1 to 1 & / 2 hours to replace my brake pads. If I would have know it would take over 3 hours, I would have used the shuttle. These appoints always take longer than they tell me.

Had an appointment and it still took nearly 2 hours for tire rotation and a new battery. I have no information about the battery… warranty specifically. Also feel the bill was exceptionally high.

They told me my battery needed replace and tested in the red. I went over to interstate battery and they tested it in front of me and it was a good battery so that was confusing. I have been waiting since last January for sensors for my tire pressure. And they kept telling me they weren't in. But when I got there. And they did the appointment and I talked to them about that. They said they were. But I would have to make another appointment to have those put in after. I have checked with the service department multiple times and even when making this appointment. I had a 7:30 appointment and left there at 11:40 and just had my routine oil change.

Chelsea was personal and professional in her job. I’ve mentioned before that the time it takes to get the car serviced takes longer than it should when one has a scheduled appointment. The work that is done is fine but 2 hours for a job that should take about 45 minutes is too long.

When I made the appointment, requested fuel filter change and transmission clean and flush. When I arrived, asked if wanted fuel system flush as well. When I arrived to pickup car found out fuel was not complete. Was advise filter not in stock and would need to be order and require another schedule day to complete. This was not good news and very disappointing as we do not live near Ames. I had taken a vacation day to complete theses services. Very frustrating that requested service was not completed when appointment was made.

Ever since Dan moved to auto body, it’s been difficult to get appointments, calls have been going unreturned and the actual service times have been taking longer. It was almost 2 hours for my oil change and tire rotation with checking other components. Normally that’s been completed in a hour or less.

Slow to meet me when I arrived. After my visit, I stopped to get gas. I found a handled tool with a several inch long rod & sharp point protruding out from under the hood. This tool has been left by the service tech and could have caused damage. I opened the hood, removed the device and discarded it. Your service department appears to be overwhelmed which is adversely impacting outcomes.
