The multi point report today had the color, year and VIN of a 2017 Prius that we traded with Wilson Toyota for a Tundra in March, instead of the white 2018 Prius Prime that was actually being serviced today. I saw the error, so my wife called the service department to correct the error. Also, it used to be easy to get an appointment for service, but this fall there has been a long delay each time we called to get an appointment. In October I called to get our 2020 Tundra in for the complimentary service we were entitled to before we left for Arizona. I was surprised to hear that there was a ten day wait for an appointment. We were already booked for our trip and couldn’t wait, so we missed out on the free service appointment. Sincerely, John

Poor customer service. 2 1/2 hour wait for 15000 mile service even with an appointment. Customers time is worth something too. Checklist not reviewed at end of appointment like normal. Items not verified on checklist. Were they completed? Puts quality of work in question.

I don’t like or appreciate the text format for any aspect of service including this one. My appointment was 12:30 for an oil change. Two filters were changed too. My vehicle wasn’t done until 4:00. That is excessive for having an appointment for an oil change. What’s the point of having an appointment if it takes that long? It’s understandable if someone has an emergency. I arrived on time and there were 4-5 vehicles piled up waiting. There’s an issue with scheduling or something that needs to be addressed. I’ve always been pleased with Wilson’s but something changed and is amiss not conducive to timely customer service.

The technician did not fix the problem I was having. I was so disappointed I came home and started digging around on the internet. I found a Toyota forum where people were all experiencing the same problem. There was a YouTube video of how to fix the problem. I did what was suggested and it is fixed now. Too bad the technician didn’t care enough to do the same.

I had a 8:45 appointment for an oil change. I didn’t leave the shop till 11:15 Two and a half hours for an oil change not actable. Maybe you need to retrain your scheduler…..?
