Chelsea did a great job, but due to circumstances beyond HER control a routine oil change pre-scheduled for 2:15 didn't get finished till 4:30. We were told the service would take slightly more than an hour and made time-sensitive plans after 3:30. Chelsea did a great job keeping me posted on progress, made concessions to smooth my ruffled feathers, and was very patient with my grumpiness. I have no complaints with her. I'm just disappointed that a pre-scheduled oil and filter change took more than two hours. And that was despite not having the tires rotated because we had new tires installed last week. I'm still impressed with Wilson's service department and will bring my car back, but needed to vent my frustration. Thanks for listening. Dan A

In the past, Jenna Tieskoetter has assisted me with advice regarding my 2017 Camry, and recently she was the service advisor who assisted me at my appointment. Jenna has excellent people skills, and consistently displays her enjoyment and commitment in the Wilson Toyota Service Department. Jenna has excellent knowledge of my vehicle, and she was very thorough in diagnosing whether I needed a new battery at my appointment last Friday afternoon. After the service technician was finished with my vehicle, Jenna was thorough in walking me through the report. It was a pleasure working with Jenna.

The communication was very unsatisfactory and came to me only once but they didn’t even come back to me to tell me that they found something else wrong with my car. They should’ve contacted me a second time that the wait time was going to be more than an hour. Had to go to them after three hours. It took them over five hours to get the car done. I had an appointment with them for 10:15 but didn’t get the car until 11am. But they did get everything done that I asked them to do but not sure if they did the headlight covers buffet. Still not very bright at night.

We checked in at 11:15and paid our bill at 1:15 during the lunch break about1:30to1:45 there Wes no one at any of the desks.the ladies restroom two stalls had no toilet paper the large stall could not be locket .

The service department was extremely busy and it took 3 hours from the scheduled time for the oil change until I was finished. The staff were pleasant and the waiting area was clean but crowded.
