I found the whole experience not up to Wilson standard. Waiting for help to check in car in the garage for 15 mins. Service tech not wanting to be honest with me about length of service time and reason. I had made an appt so I wouldn’t have to wait. Made no difference. 2 1/2 hr wait. I was planning on 1 hour. From dropping off my car at appt time to getting home with my car, was 10:15 til 2:00.
I will say the receptionists at the desk were very pleasant and helpful- Wilson style. Was a bad day for all

I do want to let you know the woman's handicapped stall door will not shut and lock. It appears the bracket was installed backwards preventing the door from closing and then you cannot lock it. I let the cashier know and she thought it had been repaired from it breaking earlier on someone. I told her, whatever they did to fix it, the door will not shut and lock. Please have someone check this. Your other stalls are too tight for me to use with my bad knees.
Always glad to make the trip to Ames from Des Moines for my service.

I was waiting 2 hrs for simple oil change, having a service appointment setup one week before and "maintenance required" not reset on my dash. I understand you can be busy, but if you know that, could you tell people waiting that this will take 3 hrs instead of 30 min, so I'm not seating, waiting and get angry. So simple to do if you care about other people time.
