The staff we all friendly but I felt the wait time was too long. I was there for 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation which I felt was a long tim for having an appointment.

Unfortunately, the technician was unable to replicate the PCS system issue that myself and several engineers in our office have experienced. This is not an issue that is the responsibility of the dealership but this issue is well known in the online Toyota forums. In addition, it creates unnecessary braking and wear on my brake pads.

Despite being very swamped this morning, Kaley and the other staff with Wilson did a really good job of servicing my Rav4. Kaley was very polite and professional. It's employees like Kaley that not only keep me coming back for serve, but is the reason I keep buying Toyota. Kaley is the perfect representative of the Wilson Experience.

Ben was great and kept me updated and went out of his way to check on my car. The wait for simple service continues to be much more than I’ve experienced at other Toyota dealerships. No complaints about the actual service, just the time it takes to get it done.

When you have a scheduled appointment time it should NEVER take 2 hours for a simple oil change. When I asked why it was taking so long I was told that they were short staffed. If that is the case-schedule fewer appointments and get people in and out in a timely manner. When the car was finally done, there was an open razor blade just laying on the driver’s seat. It could have cut me or ruined the seat by cutting it. Very poor service and very poor quality control.
