I was shocked at how long my appointment took, and just to have tires rotated. I asked for an update at the desk and felt dismissed by the clerk that it always takes so long. I asked if someone could fix the time on my clock and I was told I’d have to wait til it wasn’t so busy. Like I was going to wait longer!! No! I left and my dissatisfaction was complete.

8:15 appt. Was there at 8:05 as requested but couldn’t get in the door until 8:20. All I had done was oil, lube, and vehicle check plus fixing a tire puncture. Didn’t get out until 11:30. Three hours plus for what should have been 90 minutes at most. Next time I’ll take the shuttle and won’t wait.

I drive from Des Moines to have my car serviced by you. It was difficult to get an appointment. I arrived a few minutes early. It took over 10 minutes to get checked in. People kept walking past saying we’ll be right with you but nothing happened. My appointment got oil change and tire rotation took over2 hours. I have always been a fan of your service department. I am on my third Toyota purchased and always serviced by your facility. I am very disappointed with the level of service and may need to rethink my choices

Staff accidentally communicated with another customer about what my vehicle needed for repairs. Luckily I returned at the dealership in sufficient time to halt the repairs I had not approved of. It seems like there was significantly more confusion in the air than I have ever experienced as a Wilson Toyota customer. In addition, my girlfriend had to contact the dealership recently had to call 3 times just to get a a quote on tires for her highlander. My sense is the staff is not as conscientious as it used to be!
