I had a 5:30 appointment for an oil change and was told it would take an hour. I tried to call to get an update on my car and had to call 3 times before I got an answer. I was told it wouldn’t be ready until 7:30. I’m confused why it takes 2 hours for an oil change and what the purpose of making an appointment it. Then my car was not out front waiting and the front desk did not know where it was. She had to go get someone to drive it around front. Whoever was working the front desk was very nice though. I will not be back or recommended your service department to others.

I said to inspect my vehicle and service was performed without asking me first. 2 brake calipers were changed and the invoice states I requested it when I didn't. I had another shop inspect the brake calipers beforehand and they stated only 1 needed to be changed. In fact, warranty only covered 1 brake caliper b/c thats all that was diagnosed initially. I requested transmission fluids checked, and they weren't. Someone called me when the car was ready and stated fluids were flushed, which I assumed meant the transmission fluids. This is not okay.

We had asked to have the rear bearings checked it was on the notes but they forgot to do it. When we mentioned it they said they forgot but could still check it out. They took less than 20 min and charged $160. That seems a little high. Also the oil change took three hours. We asked when we checked in how long it would take a were told an hour. We chose to wait at the dealership. We still don’t know what took so long as no one. Talked to us.
