I brought my car in to have the tire pressure sensor fixed and for the sensor to be adjusted to only come on when it’s lower than 30 psi. That was
not done. My tire pressure light came on this evening and when I checked the tires, they were only at 35 psi And if the technician had done what I’d asked and lowered it down to 30, the light should not have come on. I have asked them to change the sensor multiple visits.

Despite having a scheduled time for an oil change, and telling her the tires had just been rotated by Discount Tire, so I didn't want a rotation; the tech went ahead and rotated them again; so it had to be undone, causing a 1 1/2 hour wait, for an appt that should only have taken 30 minutes. As a result, I was late for another appt.

The charge for my battery was too high... I thought it would cost about $150-175. But then I assumed perhaps I was WAY OFF. Then later today, I checked into the cost of battery installation, and asked a couple local friends, and ...nope, I was not way off. I feel kind of awful, now, for not trusting my own perception of the potential cost. I should have comparison-shopped first, but a friend from Cedar Falls bought her car from your dealership and really liked you guys. I moved to Ames recently and relied on her recommendation. She did not use your maintenance services, however, so she could not have known how much higher you charge than most of the rest of the Ames community.
I likely will not be back.
Thanks for the opportunity to give this feedback, though.
