The service advisors were great to work with. The fact that I had an appointment for 10:15 and my car didn't even started on it's service until 11 should not happen. I am upset with upper management for making the service advisors over book appointments when there aren't enough people to cover them. This is terrible customer service.

When an appointment is made for a specific time, the patron chooses to wait in the area, and it is for routine maintenance on a vehicle, I do not think a wait time of 2 hours and 30 minutes is service in a timely manner.
