It was just so crowded today. I have a feeling my fix was an easy job, but I was in the reception area 1 1/2 hours before he could tell me it could be fixed and was under warranty. Maybe the service bay over booked today? I heard a lady at the counter asking when her car would be done!

It's disheartening to say the service today was the worst we've ever had to deal with along with the service provided by Kaley, which made it extra disappointing today as she has helped us SO MANY TIMES BEFORE with great service. We knew the car in question was in need of breaks and we were fine with that. We scheduled a 2 pm drop off today. Then received a call at 2:54 from Kaley and she proceeded to give us the run down of what needed to be done with the car, when we ask for the price tag of everything it was over 400 close to 500 and we said okay go ahead. Then she said to give them a hour and half ... those where her words not ours. So we figured okay 4:30 sounds perfect. We did our town runs and then went back to the dealership at 4:45 waiting to pick up our car. Then we told Kaley that we were here and she said that now they are just working on the car which seemed odd ... shouldn't it have been almost done? We waited in the lobby for another hour and a half only to be the very last ones left there with a 620 dollar bill price tag. The communication was so lacking Kaley didn't apologize that we had to wait so long. There was no explanation as to why it took over 3 hours. We didn't want to make a scene about our disappointment but we have never received this kind of poor service before with the lack of communication and timing to literally be the last ones to leave with lights shutting off when this was a planned scheduled appointment. We live out of town so to be given an estimated time of the car being done by 4:30 has meaning as we just continued to have to wait double the time past 6 with a much higher bill than expected ... even with us using a $40 coupon. it was a waste of our time to get there around 4:30 to sit and do nothing.

Up front answers would have saved me a 160.00 diagnostic fee. I called twice about the sensor issue only to be told it had to be checked out. Which had they said if something had happened to my car that could have set the code off. Which I still find it hard to believe scratches on the side of my car are what is causing a sensor to be needing replaced.
2nd I dropped my car off at 8am for an 8:45 appointment and I had to call 3 times to find out details about my car and finally at 5pm I was called back. When I dropped my car off I was asked if I was waiting while they looked at it. Would I have had to sit at the dealership for 9 hours? The whole process was ridiculous. I have used you for service since buying my car. But I will probably service it elsewhere going forward. This is the 2nd time my wait has been to long for service when I have a scheduled appointment.
