I am no expert, but for me to drive 2 hours, wait for 1-1/2 hours to have a fob programmed that should have come with the vehicle is almost unacceptable. No fault of the service technician, just the whole process.

Had a 12:45 appointment for service on my vehicle. Did not get out until 3:00. If you were short of help or ran into problems, you should have notified all of us in the waiting room as many were upset. Am not looking forward to returning. Very disappointed.

I had an appointment for an oil change. When I arrived I was told it would be 2.5 hour wait. The last several times I’ve been in for service there were lengthy delays. Usually the response is there isn’t enough staff available to do the service. I would rather be told the day of my appointment that there isn’t the capacity to get timely service. I can get this service elsewhere for less money & be in & out in way less time.

The past few visits I’ve had scheduled appts and it takes almost 2 hours to get an oil change or tires rotated. This is way too long for a scheduled appt.

The mechanical service was fine but the interaction with staff, the gentleman who treated me in the drop off and the staff that presented me with the invoice were not friendly. I get that you are busy but both spoke to me as if my questions were an inconvenience. When I am spending 100.00 for a simple oil change they should not make their busy schedule my problem. When I asked if he thought my car would be in time to make an appointment that in had scheduled for 90 minutes from then he said . ‘Don’t know if you will make it or not’. I mentioned that I had an appointment and he proceeded to say: ‘ I get it but all of these people have appointments too.’ When I got a text that my car was finished I got up to give up my seat to someone else who was waiting. After 10 minutes I went to the cashier counter and asked the young gentleman if he knew anything about my car, he said he would check. The staff with the tickets came out if the garage area, he asked her about my car and she said. ‘I don’t know, I am trying to do my tickets and his. I have no idea what us on this pile.’ Again, no reason for her to be so rude regardless of how busy she was. I told her I was sorry to have bothered her but she did not acknowledge me. Again a 100.00 service should not come with the treatment from staff.

It took almost 3 hours to get my car serviced which was routine work. During my entire time no one talked to me to update me or tell me why it was taking so long I asked another service advisor if she could check on the status since I couldn’t find my advisor. She said he would get in touch with me but he didn’t. So after waiting another 30 minutes I found the manager and she said he would get him to follow up. He did 10 minutes later to tell me the car was done and went over report with me. When I went to pay, he told me there was no charge. The most frustrating part of this to me that none of the three people I talked with ever apologized. Obviously they knew the service was not good since they waived the charge. A simple apology would have been nice. Suffice it to say that I will not ever be a customer of Wilson Toyota again.
