The news on my car wasn’t good…an electrical system issue where my heat is always on & I can’t adjust it all. It’ll cost 2,500 to repair as the part will be returned to Toyota. The repair will take 6 to 12 weeks & my car will be inoperable the whole time. I guess I’ll have to leave it on your lot.
She delivered this news carefully- just based on my hunch I thought it’d be 1,000. Of course I’ll need to think about it. I bought this Prius brand new in 2008 & it’s been my best car ever. Nothing lasts forever.

Very long wait for routine inspection and tire rotation. Usually done within 45min to an hour. It was about 2.5 hours of wait time and no updates on vehicle until 5 min before check out. Car needed wipers and air filter replaced, declined due to time and needed to get to another appt. Hope this was a fluke. I did ask why such a long wait time and Toyota personnel said it was most likely due to lunch time backing things up.

I think the amount of time customers have to wait for service has gotten worse the last several years. I would recommend scheduling less appointments to allow for more timely service for your customers. I was in for a tire rotation only and waited 2 hours and 10 minutes which I think is a little over the top. I’m happy with the service and your employees are friendly and doing the best they can, but I would imagine the vast majority of your customers would appreciate scheduling better to accommodate the number of service technicians you have instead of having such long wait times.
