I was very happy with Logan’s service. I also had the car detail which I was not happy with. Car wash washed and front mats were vacuumed, back mats were not vacuumed which I understood since there was stuff on the floor. None of the seats were vacuumed, back seat had a blanket on it which would have been easy enough to move and put back on folded. None of the windows were washed either. This may be how you detail cars but when I used to detail cars, I did everything( vacuumed the handle compartments, inside cup holders, etc. Had I know this is how you do it, I would have done it myself. Glad I know now.

Service was neither helpful or informative seemed to her every problem I had was my fault not hers or the scheduler had to walk over to sales to get any help with the situation only reason I will ever come back is because my truck still has one and one half years of service left. I have always been completely satisfied with sales and body shop but I nothing good to say about today’s service appointment NOTHING.

On my ride home the radio did not work and a notice said check charging. I called and was told to bring the car back from Marshalltown. Fortunately my wife somehow solved the problem but I assumed the radio would work after they charged $80 to fix it. We still cannot get GPS maps on the screen.
