I was not told that my oil change will take 4-5 hours. They told me 1-2 hours and it end up my car wasn’t serviced because I couldn’t wait for 4/5 hours.

I had some issues with wheel shimmying and wanted my tires balanced but the advisor told me I had to have an alignment which I declined. Another advisor asked later if I wanted my tires balanced and I said yes and that corrected the shimmying. I also was charged twice for the maintenance check but when I called back to verify the amount the advisor agreed I shouldn’t have been charged twice. She was very sorry about the mistake

My FM radio stopped playing HD stations. I specifically asked the service rep and my Wilson Toyota sales rep to help me read the manual and figure out how to turn off the HD. I thought turning off the HD would at least be a temporary fix. Neither of these reps tried to do this. Instead jumped to wanting to update the radio software. Wilson Toyota didn’t have Internet Explorer which was required to download the new software. So I left without a fix. I read the manual while waiting in service dept and when I got home, found indeed you can turn off HD radio in the options setting! I feel like employees at Toyota should understand how to operate a Toyota vehicle. Thanks for listening

Was there 3 hours for oil change. Wouldn’t rotate tires said it wouldn’t be ok cause to worn Charge me for it. Did refund me when I ask. One said filters need changed another said weren’t that bad so didn’t do it. Bought car from you in 2007 and used you service for 8 years got to expensive so from 2014 used another service he died so plan on keeping car so decided to go back to you Will give you another try see how it goes.

It was a very busy day at Ames Wilson Toyota, but Brenden Hoffman and the technicians who worked on my car dealt with the many clients needing service both efficiently and professionally. Brenden Hoffman, in particular, kept me informed on the progress of work on my car. He was polite and courteous,thoroughly explaining what was being done and apologizing for dealays caused by the large number of clients the dealership had that day. I've always been pleased with the service provided at Ames Wilson Toyota, and today only strengthened that opinion.
