I appreciate the thorough check up my car gets as a single senior citizen I appreciate that about your group….that is why I drive over an hour for an oil change!! That should tell you of my satisfaction!!! Have a good one!!!

My appointment for oil change and tire rotation was at 3. I arrived ten minutes before. I was waiting two hours. Nobody came out to tell me anything. I checked online but no information there. I asked someone at the desk to check for me after 90 minutes and said the car is on the hoist. When I paid my bill I made the comment of how long it took. They did say sorry we are busy. If you are behind schedule when a customer arrives that should be said. I had other appointments and it would be nice to know things are running late
