2 1/2 hours for an oil change and rotation is too long. Also, I was not listened to when Chelsea told me about the wipers and air filters needing replaced. I said I would take care of those but they were still installed. I was already late for an appointment so I just paid the bill so I could leave.

I am disappointed and irritated by this automated pester service which you employ. I dislike automated texts and responses—putatively by individuals—which are simply not. They create impossible, inhumane circumstances for both the worker and for the customer. It is coercive and a poor choice. How to make it better? Have actual people initiate and communicate messages. Don’t leave communication to algorithms.

It’s starting to be very annoying that it takes @ 2 1/2 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. If the staff cannot handle the work load maybe Wilson should only schedule only what they can handle. This is not a one time event. It’s been pretty consistent long wait times past couple years. We arrived 10 minutes prior to our 3pm appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and the inspection. We sat there for two hours with no explanation as to how the service was going. We don’t believe this should take two hours. When we inquire about the length of time there is always excuses. We had to go looking for someone to inquire about our car.

Tire low indicator was not on upon arrival but it was on when leaving ! Tires were NOT 35 lbs as indicated on inspection! One tire was only 23 lbs when I stopped 15 miles down the road. I filled/checked all tired when home a the tire indicator is still on !
