I think 450.00 for a battery is a little out of line. And I should have been contacted as to the cost. You can get batteries from any auto supply for 150.00. Just doesn’t sit well with me.

Extremely slow service. 2 and half hours for tire rotation and oil change. Everyone waiting was complaining about the length of time each service was taking. Previous service was also extremely slow and took longer than was told it would.

Just before I got home my steering wheel started to shake then it would stop and then start in again, I was not having this problem when I came in. They rotated my tires and I told them to look at the back passenger tire because it was losing air. They came back and told me that they didn’t find anything but when I got up this morning that same tire that they rotated to the front was almost flat. So I spayed the tire down with soapy water and found a nail i pulled the nail and plugged the puncture.

The service was so fast. Didn't even get all our errands done. Drove a second vehicle expecting a two hour wait. Would not have had to. An hour wait is not bad.

I arrived at 2:45 for a 3:15 appointment, 10k tire rotation mpi and oil change. It took over two hours to get it done. I had mentioned when I scheduled my service that I wanted my second key fob, that message didn’t get through as Kaley ordered it at this appointment now I need an additional one when it comes in and that will take another hour. I asked about dealer enabled features, specifically key fob activation of the power windows and was given no details about it. Finally after my wait I had to have the technician return to clean my door witch had oil and dirt from the service. Second service at Wilson Toyota. Tried multiple times to buy my truck there, wad hoping the service would be better.

My coolant was suppose to be completely flushed but it wasn’t. I was appreciative that you said you would do the service for no charge. But when I got home I checked it is still pink and it should be red. I will call your service department tomorrow. Bruce

Not at all satisfied with the way you have handled new car warranty, my wife drove an hour and sat 2 1/2 hours for you to say you'll need back 1/2 day when part comes in, new car with 7000 miles on it.The Fort Dodge dealer **** that why we purchase the new car from you. Not much better
