A simple scheduled maintenance of oil change and tire rotation used to take under an hour. (Chains are obviously faster but there’s supposed to be some value in the dealership service so we’ve always done that. ). Lately at wilson’s,!for our Higjhlander or camry, I have waited over two hours for basic service. This is ridiculous!!!

You left me stranded without my car. I used the shuttle to get a ride home and you never picked me up when my car was finished. I called Service repeatedly from 2-4pm and no one answered. I then called Sales and they transferred me directly to the shuttle driver who hung up on me. I ended up having to pay for an Uber to drive my son to football practice and to pick up my car from you. At minimum you owe me $25 to cover the Uber fee.

I did not receive a phone call when my vehicle was finished. I only receive a text message. I usually get verbal communication about my vehicle. It was close to when the service center closed and I was unable to reach them and now have to wait another day before being able to get access to my car or learn what was wrong with it. Very unsatisfied with the communication.

Why is it when you have a scheduled early morning appointment and it takes 1 hr 45 minutes for just an oil change. This is not the first time. This happens everything I get my car serviced there. I'm seriously thinking about taking my car some place other than Wilsons.

I spent over 4 hours of my day to get an oil change, multipoint inspection, and tire alignment done. I was expecting the services to take 1.5hrs max. The time spent for the inclusive oil change and inspection was not worth my time today. I could have gone elsewhere and received the same services in under half the time without a doubt and would have been fine with paying for those services for a more timely output time. Had I known it would take half the day, I would have scheduled it so the vehicle could be left there all day. I understand things get busy, but in the future communicate that up front. Recommend assessing the workload you can actually handle vs want to handle as today appeared to be an overload. However, the staff was very friendly and my service person was great!

Kaley is always professional but also personal. I know when she is taking information about reason for service makes sure she is listening to me concerns. Does not ignore me and makes sure I know concern was addressed. The service is always good and Kaley makes it excellent. She is a professionals professional.

It took 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment and had planned on staying to wait. Had I know it would be that long I may have left. Never had it take that long before. I just hope that was a one time situation. Everything else including the work done was great.

The tech forgot to replace my under shield on my truck after being serviced and I had to come all the way back to have it installed which is 30 miles one way. I've been doing business with Wilson's for over 15 years and it's the poorest service I've ever received in that entire time. Very disappointed with what's happening in the Service Department.
