Another mess up with the tech not hooking up the air hose and noticed it myself when car sounded terrible . Went back to Service advisor and he checked filter replacement which had nothing to do with the misfiring of engine . I then had him check the prior mess up and he then brought back technician and it was same thing as the previous problem Fortunately I figured it out before my trip back to Urbandale like the last time. Since Jenna was not the asked to speak with Dan Wolfe since have worked with him over thirteen years. He listened understood my concern and the service advisor came back next oil change free for the monkey business again. Handled appropriately but another adventure for an oil change . Have always been happy with Service at Wilson over the years ; will continue but almost gun shy about the next time

You have a known problem with RAV4 Hybrids depleting battery when not driven for a week or two, have many other vehicles and this is the only on that does it. 6K miles and less than a year old! Toyota needs to find the issue for consistent drain on battery and provide a solution.

There was always at least one person I recognized in the entire service dept. the last 2 times I recognized no one. And no one recognizes me. Why is there such a turnover ? And the front desk was not at all hospitable. They looked bored and sour faced. Where is Jenna? Where is Dan? Texting me to tell me what needs to be done is impersonal in my book. As cute as Sophie is, not sure why I need to drive all the way to Ames for a service any longer. I am very sad, as I have been your customer since my first Toyota purchase in 1984. Customer service still matters.

Representative provided conflicting information and got defensive when I tried to understand the differences in what she was saying. This is the second time the service rep has been rude and aggressive and lacked the ability to communicate concisely. If this is the new norm I will look to another dealership for future leases. The excellent sales team service over the short term isn’t worth the continued bad service experience over the life of the lease.
