Not good service experience as prior years. Collision center experience was awesome though. Service experience not as much: I was “suggested” to replace the music system when there is no need for that. After service of the car it doesn’t feel like it is serviced at all. In the past when Dan Wolf would service my car, I would feel a noticeable difference and the experience with him was awesome. But not with other service personnel.

Dropped my vehicle for a rock chip repair and didn’t get it back for 10 days. When I dropped it off on a Wed, I asked if it would be ready Friday and was told yes. I called Saturday as I hadn’t heard anything and was told the car had not been started. I called Tuesday as I had not heard back. Still not in the paint booth. Finally got and call on Friday afternoon. I picked up my car. No apologies. No explanation. No proactive communication. Very disappointing experience. The upside the paint chip was repaired.

I had an appointment and waited two hours for an oil change. I was told that they were understaffed at current, but if that's the case, they need to take fewer appointments simultaneously. I know that things happen and circumstances beyond our control are frequently inevitable; but an update would've done wonders. The wait was long enough that I would've made other arrangements if I'd had any reason to think it was going to take that long. That's a little absurd for a *scheduled* oil change.

Reason why I was not completely satisfied is that I called and asked if I brought my car up the night before my appointment if that would be OK. I then received a text the next day saying that I missed my appointment so I had to call and get my car started for service. Also, I did not talk to my service advisor which I think should be automatically done for each customer. The most positive experience that I had was with the check out which Braden went above and above the call of duty to help the customer.

Should not shut off daytime running lights. I drive a lot on rural highways and need them on Every time I bring the car in, lights are shut off. Toyota needs to think of the safety of owners
