Great Service once again after a couple bumps in the road earlier this year. The guys did a great job on the car wash, doing it by hand was really high quality. Kaylee was great keeping me posted on progress and going over the inspection. Wilson’s is the only place we have had it serviced and continue

Trenton did an excellent job as my service advisor on Monday morning, June 19. He patiently listened to my concerns regarding an intermittent surge in the engine idle of my 2017 Camry. I was upset about the labor coast. I spoke with a gentleman that said roughly 80 dollars and gut charges double that. I’m not an expert at math but the estimate I was given over the phone was completely off. I wish I would have gotten a price before my car was worked on so I was not forced to pay that much to put on a simple fender liner. I could be off and should have put the liner on my self fir how much I was charged.

The technician should have known that I had 2 bad tires when they were rotated 2 weeks prior to me having to make another appointment to see what was wrong with them. I then waited 2.5 hours for the tires to get looked at again. My husband and I were annoyed when I left and went elsewhere to get new tires on my car that has 23,000 miles on it. If the service department can’t be trusted to check tires when they’re rotated, why would I trust them to make sure anything else that’s wrong is caught.

Trenton was great. The management team and system planning was not—eg texting a photo of the multipoint inspection that is too small to read and won’t enlarge. I prefer to talk to real people and have details explained rather than a check mark by “bad battery”.
When I left- had to return as service maintainence light still on and windows kept going up and down. Could not close windows. Nice lady at check in on return luckily new how to reprogram it. None of this serious but I want to give honest feedback. Thanks!

I made an oil change appointment for 10:45am and my vehicle was not done until 2:45pm. I even dropped it off 3 hours early at 7:45am. There was no communication with me that there was a delay. I ended up having to move another obligation in my schedule because of this delay. This is the second time my service appointment has taken significantly longer than necessary. Please take some time to adjust your reservation quantities if you can't commit to following the appointment schedule.

Every time I go to get my oil changed, tires rotated, anything, it ALWAYS TAKES SEVERAL HOURS! I have decided NOT to get my next vehicle at Wilson Toyota soley because I do not want to have to take my car to get serviced there. I will not get my next vehicle there and I tell everyone I know not to go there to buy any vehicle or get any service. Its horrible.

I had a wonderful experience. I talked to someone from the service department as well as Kaley Exline. Both employees explained the service that was performed. Both employees answered my questions and explained when my vehicle would be due for more service. I was very satisfied with how I was treated and the maintenance that was performed. Also Devon Parsons the salesman that sold me the vehicle stopped by and asked me how I liked my vehicle and if I was having any other issues with the vehicle.
