When we checked in it was frustrating that he didn't know anything about the cost for our visit. We are leasing for the first time and all he could say was that "the lease comes with Toyota Care so I don't really know" or "I think that is covered but I'm not sure". A bit more info like the fact that Toyota Care "covers everything including ...." would have been a bit clearer.

The prices seem to be getting out of hand. If I had realized a simple oil change and tire rotation was going to be over $120 I would have gone elsewhere. We get our Subaru serviced at the dealership and it’s no where near that cost.

Kayley was terrific. She provided excellent customer service. My complaint is that nobody told me that I could incur costs of nearly $200 just to diagnose the problem with my vehicle. It is a bit of a shock to bring in a car with non-functioning headlights, receive a bill for $180 (with no mention of this upfront), and then being given a $1,800 estimate for repairs.

Took a little longer than expected. However, was glad to go in at 5,000 miles and get things checked out. Ended up replacing the battery on the 2017 RAV4, which still had its factory battery. Put in a 84 month battery, that should last for some time with confidence we have a good battery in the Rav 4.

I really appreciated the service department getting me in as quick as they did without notice. I had some late vacation plan changes and was going to have to take my vehicle instead of somebody else’s. They found time to get my oil change done so I wouldn’t go over on my mileage. Thank you!!!
