The only thing negative is that they left the car lights on when I got in the car.

Service on our vehicle was great! It would be nice, however, if the kids waiting area (it’s honestly great you have this space!) could be cleaned and sanitized, that would be nice. I quickly wiped down one of the toys my 1 year old was playing with and one wipe wasn’t enough. It was filthy.

My wife arrived for 10:45 appointment at 10:20 for oil change & rotation as discussed when appt was made. Was questioned on service decisions upon arrival. Other customers arrived after our appt time and they were finished before us. When the waiting room was nearly empty, saw paperwork go to service rep but still was not called. At 12:12 my wife asked for our car. Was told it was ready but paperwork was not complete. Pulled in at 10:20, pulled out at 12:18 for oil change and tire rotation. No communication regarding any reason for delay.

I have been a long time client of Wilson Toyota and Wilson Toyota Service, and over the past year or so I have noticed a sharp decline in the service department. Today I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation at 1:15 PM. This service used to take 45 minutes at most. Today it took 3 hours. In fact, they did not start working on my car until I asked about it after waiting for 2 hours. The "advisors" are awful to talk to. I don't need to be called "honey", thank you. There used to be knowledgeable employees who would listen to concerns and made their best effort to communicate those to the technician. Now, I get a smiling advisors who doesn't listen and just taps things on a screen. My next service will likely be somewhere else. I'm paying too much for a crappy service.

I waited three hours for the service when I should wait one. Another person come an hour after me and left an four before me. I don't know how you choose which carsgoes first.
I am really disappointed this never happened to me in Ford. Also, You only have regular coffee and tea to drink. Nothing to eat or soda to drink like the others dealers. Beside is more expensive here.
