The grill cover under the headlights we not completely snapped back into place. Discovered when left there and went to wash my truck. Otherwise, I would have been 100% satisfied with the service.

Service sheet said my hood wasn’t latched correctly, it was. My inquires about hoods coming unlatched was just that an inquiry. Not very happy with the hand prints on the hood after they looked at it either. Was glad they didn’t wipe them off with a shop towel though.
The 5k vs 10k oil change was confusing as well as they installed a “next oil change” sticker. With the incorrect odometer reading I might add.

Scheduled for 230 and it was 400 before done. Just normal service, did not expect it to take an hour and a half, made me late for 415 appointment. Otherwise it was fine. I thought that when scheduled it would be done in an hour.

I wa caught in the traffic jam on I-35 on Thursday (May 25) and was late for my appointment, however I called and told the service department my delay.
When I arrived I told the service advent situation- I had a funeral at 2 pm, and thought it would only take an hour to change oil and filter and rotate the tires on my 2923 Camry Hybrid which would leave me an hour to get back to Des Moines. However, the service took an hour and a half, and I missed the funeral. This was not good for a pastor. It seemed to me that your advisor didn’t listen or care about my situation. I was not happy when I left the dealership.

I made an appt to get some warning lights diagnosed and regular maintenance. They did my service and could not figure out the warning lights. I was charged for this and waited 3 hours.
