Nick did a great job of informing me of the status of my repairs and in reviewing the work done when it was finally finished.
However, with an appointment at 10 am for a 100K Wilson service(estimated 4 hours) and promised a 3:30 pm completion, which worked fine for my (adjusted) schedule. However, when I arrived, at that time, it wasn’t yet completed.
While waiting patiently for mine to be done, I talked to several others, also waiting for their vehicles to be finished. One had had a 1:30 pm appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and it was not yet complete when I left after 4 pm.
I’m aware that many businesses are having a difficult time hiring help these days, but it seems that the schedules and promised times need to be adjusted to reflect that for your customers.
I love my Toyota and the service that you have always provided- hoping that this is a temporary problem

Pulled in the service center for my appointment. Waited 17 minutes before anyone came to help me. I was the only car in the whole area. 3 people walked by and never even acknowledged me. It wasn't until a service person went by and I said I had been waiting 17 minutes. Their comment as he buzzed by, never stopping, was busy day. My appointment was at 1:00 and left over 2 hours later for only a tire rotation service call.ROUGH DAY FEELING THERE TODAY.

I am happy with the repair. I did find communication to be very poor. I waited over half an hour for a shuttle across the street, and did not receive any information on arrival time. I also had difficulty getting an update on the repair (it took 4 hours) by message and phone. Communication is tough for everyone, but I think there is some room for improvement.

I scheduled a maintenance at 13:30 on 5/23 I thought that this would be enough time to get my service done and make it on time to my 15:00 work shift. I didn't get my car back for another hour and 45 minutes. As I was calling my work informing them that I would be late I saw my car sitting in the parking lot. I was then late for my shift due to this delay.
