There was confusion created mutually regarding what was scheduled to be done. The staff was gracious they accommodated my every request and at the end they made the oil change complimentary. I offered to pay but they insisted. I could not be more satisfied with the outcome. Staff did a great job and I contributed as much as anyone to the confusion. Thank you Jerry Goldsmith

It would be nice to have additional beverage choices in your waiting area other than coffee. The Chevy dealer has other refreshments and snacks.

I had a couple concerns with my sons car. His wife is dealing with cancer treatments now so there’s a lot of stress. She has to ride in the back to Iowa city because she has to stretch her leg out and said it was “bouncy.” I think it’s normal but the pain is discomfort. You fixed the brake problem then told me the back shocks/struts (?) are fine. Once I told my son, he was completely content about it. I figured you would take advantage of the situation but you didn’t. Heard you were honest-now I know. Thank you!

Makenna was fine. Didnt really have any interactions with her after the check-in. No problem there. I know your receptionist/cashier was busy and I see you’re hiring. I l know it’s tough to hire right now. My frustration was with the process of getting a ride back to work. I was told 15 li so so sat in the circle seating bench and waited. Honestly, i was busy at work so answers emails. Didn’t see the car (silver) pull up or hear anyone ask for rides. (He probably did, not saying he didn’t). Also the driver isn’t marked in a t-shirts or company attire.I realized after 30 min maybe I should just wait for my car vs going back and forth (i work hourly). When I inquired, I was told that the driver had been back and forth one or twice. Maybe get your name when needing a ride or have a clip board to sign in on. Plus the driver was using a different car so if so was looking for the silver one, it wasn’t being used that day. Honestly I could’ve stood right by the door, not sure. Anyway I missed an hour and a half of work. I work in the service industry l, customer service and think this is more a procedure or process issue vs anyone doing anything wrong. Just sharing feedback since you asked.

The technician Jason has been has been excellent I appreciate his thorough inspection and I'm fully confident with your Staff. Even Korey the receptionist was nice and kind.
