I asked the new tires be put on the front. They were left on the back. I wanted the old tires rotated to the front. They were not. Yet another trip to Wilson where I leave unsatisfied. So tired of the poor service provided each time we come there. Plus was never called like they said. Luckily I checked my text message and they never called when van was finished.

I was very disappointed with my service today. I came in for a 7:30 appointment to change oil and rotate titles. I was there 2 hours. Told it was coming off the rack. 20 minutes later Dan went to check on it & got it moving. I missed a meeting at work and what I got was a sorry for the delay. Not a good day.
