I feel that $150.00 to grease the drive shaft on my 2003 4Runner was not going to happen. I’m very unhappy with the quote and I will be taking my business to another business. I have been a Toyota customer since 1995 at the Ames Toyota dealership. Sorry I can’t or won’t afford to go to Wilson Toyota for service.

I was satisfied with the service done but felt the wait was too long. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and was there over two hours. I assumed with an appointment the wait would be about an hour. They were obviously very busy and were doing the best they could but felt like the appointment didn’t matter.

The last time I had our Lexus in for an oil change, it was a fiasco. It was so bad the service manager told me there was no charge for the service. This time I was expecting a better experience, however I was disappointed again. Of all the issues from the previous service, two remained. One was the length of time it took to do an oil change and rotate tires. The gentleman that checked me in said an hour to an hour and a half. Almost TWO hours later, I finally approached the young lady behind the desk to check on my car. It was done but no one had approached me. Second issue was the charge of filling my wiper fluids when I specifically told him at check in to NOT fill it since my husband just filled the night before. Sure enough, you tried to charge me for topping off the fluids. Luckily I caught it before I paid the bill. We are SERIOUSLY thinking to take our Lexus elsewhere to get an oil change because you just can’t seem to get it all together. And we have been customers of Wilson Service for many years!!!
