Brenden absolutely deserves a raise. He took fantastic care of both my car and myself, as I had other places to be, and he ensured that I got everywhere on time and was well-apprised of the status of my car throughout the process. Having such responsive customer service was truly appreciated, and he went above and beyond with care for the car. I always come back to Wilson because you guys truly have an appreciation for customer service and vehicle care!!

First of all, a 2 year old Tundra with 25,000 miles should not have a front shock/strut go bad. Be that as it may, of course the repair was covered under warranty. I had a 9:15 appointment and had my truck checked in by that time. I was told when scheduling that this would be about a 3 hour job. Well, it ended taking over 5 hours. The service representative said that the mechanic “got behind schedule.” I can completely understand something like that happening, but my truck was in at 9:15, and the service center had been open since 7:30, I’m guessing? So, in my estimation, how much “behind” could the mechanic actually have been in less than 2 hours? These are just my thoughts. I sure hope he did a good job n my truck.
