112 dollars for just an oil change? Kind of ridiculous don't you think? I can go to LOF in ankeny for 70 bucks and im in and out within 15 minutes. I was in ur building for 1.5 hours. I won't make that mistake again.

I was notified very late that the department was shot handed and late on my vehicle. This has not been communicated to my contact until after my car had been there over two hours. I would assume if you are struggling with hiring, you would not schedule more appointments then can be accommodated or at the very leading there would be early communication that the team was short staffed. This isn’t a reflection on Makenna , but on the system in which she is working.
