I did not realize I would be contacted during my wait via text. I think it would have been nice to lete know. I would not have had to wait as long as I did. It took me a bit of time to figure that out.
And as an aside, I think Wilson Toyota should have charging stations for their customers. It's time.

Yesterday I was there with our other vehicle. Something was off. Waiting area was full. I waited 2 hours and others had been waiting that long or longer. Never had that happen before. Everyone there noticed things were off. Hopefully it wasn’t anything too bad. I’ve bern there other times and no issues.

Honestly my wife and I both commented tonight that we always leave frustrated from Wilson’s after our service appointments due to Wilson’s not honoring our set appointment time. My appointment today was for 1:45. I left the dealership at 4:06 according to my time stamp on my credit card receipt. My truck didn’t start getting serviced for the first hour and 10 minutes it was there. I had a simple oil change and tire rotation. Tech replaced air filter. Today I’m outside waiting for it on your bench, and a guy drives it outside to a parking stall, proceeds to crank the wheels hard and as he’s backing up, the tires start rubbing and he just keeps on grinding away at the fender w my tire. My 4Runner is a 2022 that you guys were supposed to trim the fenders on as part of my purchase agreement due to the lift and bigger wheels and tires put on, but since you didn’t, I just live with the tires knowing that as long as I don’t crank it hard, they don’t rub. Your employees should have the knowledge that rubbing tire noises means to straighten the truck out.
