It was super busy in service today but I was out of there after an hour +. I was pleased. Your service people are excellent, thorough, polite, etc. I really am pleased with dealership. Bought my car there( its my fourth Toyota)2 I am closer to Toyota of DM but prefer your dealership.

Took way too long for oil change and tire rotation, I was there for 3.5 hours after asking at drop off time about ETA. I have no problem if it takes that long but I would make other plans and would not schedule over the lunch hour thinking I could get it done while I wait. Second time this has happened. I bring my vehicle there and pay more for better service than jiffy lube, etc.
