Logan was excellent but it took over 2 hours to get my oil changed. No tire rotation or any other service. Staff complained at front counter that the new service software was over-scheduling. Somebody should have called and warned me that you were way behind. My time is just as valuable as yours.

The service scheduling website was down and did not work. I could not get ahold of anyone on the phone the three times I called. I love chatted to someone and they said they would call or email me to schedule, they never did. Then when I finally did get an appointment it took 2+ hours for an oil change, multi-point inspection, and tire rotation.

Everything was great up until I got the text my vehicle was ready to go. I checked with the desk & the lady told me my paperwork wasn’t done & to have a seat until I was called. I waited for AN HOUR before going up & asking if my paperwork was done yet. She checked & it was. I’m wondering how long it had been done & they just forgot to let me know.
It seems like a text shouldn’t be out until EVERYTHING is ready for the customer to be able to check out. At least make sure a customer is notified when the paperwork is complete.

Had to buy 2 new tires January 19, broke 2 belts. Then picked up a nail in a sidewalk last Monday so needed a 3rd new tire. So I got a 4th new tire today. There was a sigh on the counter “but 3 tires get one free.” Well I’ve bought 4 new tires in 40 days but didn’t qualify for the deal- bummer. Then I had a coupon in the mail this week, spend $500 and get $50 off. Since January 19 I spent over $800 but only qualified for $15 credit for the one new tire today. Bummer #2!
