Sorry this has taken so long , just wanted to make sure the issue was truly fixed. I would like to say thank you to the staff and service manager at Wilson Toyota for helping get my car repaired. You took the time and effort unlike the dealer I bought the vehicle from took help get it resolved and we will be sure to come to you next time we are upgrading vehicles. Thanks again ADAN A

Kaley was very personable and overall I enjoyed her as my advisor. However, I did have a few red flags/concerns re: my visit that I followed up on with Dan (Sr./Lead Service Advisor) & admit I now feel 100% at ease!! *After verifying my address at checkin Kaley asked why I don’t go to the Toyota dealership in Grimes since it’s a lot closer to my home & they are good there too. I explained that I bought my RAV4 here and have a trust w/the way Wilson operates and the great service I always receive, so I don’t mind the drive. Plus my older son went to ISU so the drive is no biggie.. I am happily established w/Wilson - yet others may actually take their $ elsewhere after that recommendation so she should be careful w/words. *She said I had no oil on the stick when I arrived & this is not good, it means I’m burning oil. She said come back in 1,000 miles to confirm. I asked if it is burning what then? She said either rebuild or a new engine for about 5,000. (Needless to say as a single parent & on a strict budget I left silently stressed. I’m happy that I did call Dan after & he graciously answered all my questions and advised me how I could watch the issue on my end too which left me feeling positive, empowered and truly valued as I’m accustomed to!) I know at times younger - newer advisors may not see the big picture of someone’s situation, however the Wilson Sr. Advisors are WONDERFUL & Dan is one of the main reasons why my trust remains stable regardless!!

Everything was good but the left turn signal wasn’t working and it got the Light bulb and everything changed brand new, but it still didnt work .

He was friendly, and throughly explained the service. I give him a top rating!

I am closer to another toyota deslership but ai CHOOSE to drive 35 minutes to Ames bc the service and experience is THAT much better. Thank you again for a great service.

Fast honest service

We reported hearing a noise coming from the drivers door When you drive over 30 mph especially if is a windy day . Your tech said they did not hear any sound when they went on a test drive . Yet taking the car home I again hears the wind noise going just 25mph. When I bring it in for the 10000 mile check up I want to ride with a tech And show them what I hear .
